Since my very early works on VHS, I have dealt with a large number of videoclips, but somehow I consider these works for the Zecchino d’Oro series a sort personal debut. The budget for all the clips of the series is limited, the schedule is tight, but it’s a fantastic chance to let Italian authors to explore stories and styles. All the directors often work on the demo version of the songs and have no control of the soundtrack. That’s why here you can find both the director’s cut version and the official one. I Cartoni dello Zecchino series are broadcasted by RAI TV and are available in DVD.
